Here’s your chance to familiarise yourself with the new Perth Stadium railway station before tens of thousands of people descend on the city’s newest sporting mecca, Optus Stadium.
On Tuesday, 16 January, the Perth Transit Authority is hosting guided tours of the station for people with disability so that they can learn the layout without the crowds.
The guided tour will run from 9.30am until 11.40am.
Tour guests must catch a train from platform six at Perth Station, with a special train to depart no later than 10am. There is no other way to reach Perth Stadium station for the tour.
PTA officers will be there to meet and assist guests.
The tour will not include the stadium itself – just the station.
To take part in the tour, you must RSVP to whitney.williamson@pta.wa.gov.au by 10am on Monday, 15 January.
